A Reversible 2-in-1 Jersey with Full Sublimation
GSW is once again pushing the envelope in design, innovation, and new concepts in the uniform and apparel world. In our latest venture we have developed and created a reversible 2-in-1 jersey with full sublimation. This brand new one of a kind option allows, what appears to be one jersey, in fact be two. Most popular in basketball, the reversible jersey has been in sports before, but never in hockey and never like this. With GSW reversible jerseys you have both home and away jerseys carefully manufactured into one. With precision, eye catching design, and convenience all rolled into one this brand new trend is taking off across Canada and U.S.A. with GSW being the first and leading option.
About Dye-Sublimation Printing
The dye-sublimation printing process is used to print on polyester or other synthetic fabrics. The images are initially printed on heat-resistant transfer paper as a reverse image of the final design, which is then transferred onto polyester fabric in a heat press operating at a temperature of approximately 200 degrees C. Under high temperature and pressure, the dye turns into a gas and permeates the fabric and then solidifies into its fibers. The fabric is permanently dyed so it can be washed without damaging the quality of the image.
Sublimation allows for unlimited design possibilities, adding extras such as:
- Third logos
- A’s & C’s
- Any colour scheme imaginable
All done flawlessly and with extreme accuracy to customer specifications.
